Framed by the legendary, brilliant and courageous proclamation of Belisario Dominguez, and resting on the walls of the Senate of the Mexican Republic, this mural plays tribute through a solemn sepia “grisaille”, to one of the most important social and political figures in Mexican history, highlighting besides his human, scientific and benefactor side, the faired and more hopeful future that he helped to create for the Mexican people, thanks to his sacrifice and hard work.
